“The Ministry of the Economy, Investment and Small Business
in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Employment are once again
launching the ‘Entrepreneurship through Education Scheme’.
This scheme, which is open for State and Non-State schools,
encourages Heads of Schools to submit projects intended to promote
entrepreneurial qualities among students and to provide practical experience in
entrepreneurial activity. Through the implementation of these projects,
students should be able to acquire the skills and motivation which will allow
them to employ these entrepreneurial qualities in a variety of settings.
Projects submitted should clearly explain how the students
will be encouraged to develop their creativity and innovation skills while
enhancing their self-confidence.
Deadline for submission of projects is close of business, Friday 17th February 2017.”
